Paris: Historical Paris

Paris Tour Notre DamePrepare to step back in time with this historical tour of Paris. You will discover the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral along with some of the oldest and most attractive quarters of this amazing city

This tour emphasizes the history of Paris starting from the Roman period until today. Paris was born 2000 years ago and began at the Cite Island (Ile de la Cite). First you will admire the geometric design of Vendome Square and the fantasy of the old Opera House. Then, it is on to the Marais district, with its private town houses of nobility dated from the 17th and 18th centuries. With a short transfer by boat to Cite Island, you will have a guided visit of the interior of the Notre Dame Cathedral. You will then cross the Latin Quarter with its old university (the Sorbonne), the Luxembourg Gardens and Saint Germain des Pres with its Romanesque Church and its famous cafes. You will then return to rue des Pyramides, near the Louvre Museum. Tour includes a mini-cruise on the river Seine.

Paris: Dinner at the Eiffel Tower & Cruise

Discover Paris from the first floor of the Eiffel Tower during a pleasant dinner at the restaurant Le 58. After being picked up from the tour office, escorted by an assistant, you will be transferred to the Eiffel Tower, where you can discover Paris from the first floor of the Tower and you will enjoy a pleasant dinner at the restaurant Le 58. The assistant will then help you board the boat for your cruise along the River Seine, while you admire the monuments and bridges of the city known as the “City of Lights.”

Paris: City Tour, Lunch at Eiffel Tower & Louvre

After offering you an overview of the main Paris sights, your guide will leave you at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. There will be a table reserved for you at the 1st Floor Restaurant, Le 58. You will choose a 3 course meal including drinks at the restaurant's counter. After lunch and you will have a guided tour of the Louvre Museum in the company of our nationally accredited tour guide. You will see the Venus De Milo, the Gioconda, and other famous works of art. You will then have some time to visit other parts of the Museum on your own if you wish.

Paris: Giverny, Monet at Home

A tour to Giverny where you will be amazed by the beautiful countryside and have the chance to visit Monet's home. Giverny

Inspired by the beautiful, peaceful and colorful countryside of Giverny, Claude Monet settled here in 1883 for the rest of his life. This tour includes a guided visit to the wonderful flower gardens and the famous Japanese bridge. There will be free time to visit Monet's home and former studio (unescorted). The afternoon finishes with either shopping or a stroll up to the American Museum.

Chef Veronique will give you a cooking class in her intimate and elegant apartment near St Germain Boulevard. Veronique will first take you and the small group to the market in Boulevard Raspail, before talking you through some of her most refined recipes. You will all help prepare a three course meal that you can enjoy afterwards.

Paris: Landing Beaches of Normandy

Your day will start with a visit to the Memorial Peace Museum. You will then have lunch with drinks included. In the afternoon we head for the Pointe du Hoc and Omaha Beach where a visit to the American Cemetery is included. You will then continue to Arromanches and the landing beach of Juno.

Paris: A Cheese and Wine Tasting – O Chateau

Beginning with a flute of Champagne, you will be expertly guided through a wonderful tasting experience by our French sommelier. This little gem is the best of Paris attractions. You will learn firsthand about food and wine pairing as well as wine tasting techniques. You'll leave the tasting with a better understanding of France’s major wine regions and with a greater appreciation for French wine, including its Champagne! 

Paris: Burgundy Full Day

Enjoy a visit to Burgundy, where you can taste its world famous wines and visit the picturesque village of Vezelay. Burgundy Region

This tour will take you to Burgundy, a region that offers a natural heritage and is rich in both history and art. After leaving the Southern Highway, we reach the Serein Valley at Chablis, surrounded by vineyards. We visit a local cellar where you can taste one of the world's most famous white wines. You will then have lunch in a local restaurant (drinks not included). We continue to Vezelay, the 'eternal hill' classified by UNESCO as one of its cultural world heritage sites. You will have a guided visit of Saint-Mary Madeleine Basilica, famous for its Romanesque architecture and sculpture. You will also have some time to stroll around the village and maybe taste some more Burgundy wine before returning to Paris.

Paris: Chateau Country

During the Renaissance period, the Loire Valley was the favorite place of kings of France and their courtiers. They left us many castles of amazing architectural elegance. Art and history combined with a certain sweetness of life in this region known as the “Garden of France.” Your route will take you along the motorway L'Aquitaine as far as Chambord. This tour includes a guided visit of the most important castle of the Loire Valley. You will continue your tour with a guided visit of Cheverny. You will also enjoy a guided visit to the elegant Renaissance castle of Chenonceau in the afternoon.

Paris:Versailles Apartments

This tour includes a guided visit to the reception area of the King and Queen's Apartments and some free time in the gardens surrounding the palace.
