AUSTRIA
Two new Romantik Hotels await travelers in Austria. In the city of Gmund the Romantik Hotel Goldener Stern is surrounded by 15 golf courses. In the heart of the Austrian Alps, the Romantik- und Genusshotel Wastlwirt in St. Michael im Lungau looks back at 500 years of history.
FRANCE
In the heart of Paris, the city's oldest bakery, where poet Victor Hugo bought his bread, is now the Romantik Hotel Du Petit Moulin designed by Christian Lacroix.
GERMANY
The Romantik Hotel Rittergut Bomitz is an 18th century manor house close to the Baltic Sea where guests can enjoy hunting and are welcome to bring their own horses. In Bad Saulgau between Stuttgart and Lake Constance the Romantik Hotel Kleber Post features modern art and offers its guests 2700 square feet of spa facilities. In the Zittauer Mountains near the Polish border, the Romantik Hotel Zum Lindengarten serves homemade liquors and spirits. Outside Hamburg, the Romantik Hotel Waldhaus offers gourmet dining just a short train ride from the city. In the south, the Romantik Hotel Schreiegg's Post in Thannhausen the historic structures have been, painstakingly restored with original wood paneling, open fire places and antique furniture.
ITALY
From their balconies at the Romantik Hotel Villa Sirio in Santa Maria di Castellabate, guests enjoy the spectacular sunset over the isle of Capri.
SWITZERLAND
Three baroque buildings, designated as national heritage, form the Romantik Hotel Baren in Durrenroth, 26 miles north of Berne.
